This collection includes materials and documents that relate to the Human Resources department at Elon University, from around 1982 to the present. The collection primarily contains information about Elon benefits, events and activities sponsored by Human Resources, as well as the "For your Benefit" newsletter. In addition, materials include information on appraisals and reviews, flex-time, years of service, and holidays, and pay information.

Biographical / Historical

The Office of Human Resources is dedicated to supporting the mission and goals of Elon University by delivering a wide array of programs and services to the university’s most valuable asset, its employees. The Office of Human Resources oversees the life-cycle of the employee from hiring to retirement and manages the benefits (health, retirement, discount program) as well as professional development and training.
