Staff Appreciation Day Collection
The collection consists of programs, correspondences, and other documents pertaining to Elon University's annual Staff Appreciation Day, which began in 1995. The collection is arranged chronologically.
Student Government Association at Elon
The purpose of the Student Government Association, authorized by the Elon University Administration, is to represent the rights and opinions of the student body in a manner consistent with the mission of Elon University, to provide for appropriate student activities, and to join with the faculty and administrators of the university in building a stronger, more effective educational community.
Student Life Faculty Committee Collection
This collection houses information about a committee formed to improve the standard of Elon University student life on campus. Created in the early 1960's, this collection contains minutes, agendas, and memorandums used by the committee until 1995

Student Union Board Collection
This collection includes several types of papers starting in 1984, continuing into 2016. Materials included in the collection (but are not limited to) are: budget requests, correspondence, constitutions, and schedules of events. Study Abroad Program Collection
Sustainability at Elon Collection
This collection houses papers relating to sustainability efforts made at Elon University. The papers in this collection date back to 2006 and continue through the present as sustainability efforts continue across campus.
Teaching Fellows Records
This collection is based around the Elon Teaching Fellows. Included in this collection are papers relating to the yearly trip the fellows take to Washington, as well as their History tours. Also included are meeting minutes, committee and task force information, as well as records of people inducted into the fellows program.
The Elon Reporter and The Bulletin of Elon Newsletter Publication
This collection includes many years of the publication/newsletter known as the Elon Reporter, The Reporter, and sometimes has the title The Bulletin of Elon College attached to it as well. The collection is arranged chronologically.
Theatre Arts and Dance Events Collection
This collection contains programs, flyers, brochures, correspondences, posters, and any other type of printed material that relates to a theatre arts and/or dance event that took place at Elon University. Theatre Arts Department Collection
This collection is comprised of papers from the theatre arts department at Elon. It includes things such as, articles about productions, budget notes, contracts, as well as scripts from various plays and musicals spanning almost six decades from 1962-2017.
Transition from Elon College to Elon University Collection
The Transition from Elon College to University Collection contains materials from 1986-2001 pertaining to the transformation of Elon College to Elon University. It contains research notes, newspaper clippings, proposals, reports, correspondences, guidelines as well as other printed materials. The collection is arranged chronologically and then alphabetically by type of material.
Undergraduate Research Collection
This collection includes documents relating to undergraduate research at Elon University, beginning in 1993 and continuing into the present day. Materials included in the collection (but are not limited to) are: newspaper clippings, flyers, program abstracts, schedule of events, press releases, and emails. William Allen Harper Collection
This collection includes materials relating to William Allen Harper, President of Elon College from 1911 to 1931. These are the only known "Presidential Files" we have from Dr. Harper's administration. Some of the materials relate directly to his time as President, while other documents have been collected over the years to form the collection. This collection includes materials relating to William Wesley Staley, President of Elon College from 1894 to 1905. Some of the materials relate directly to his time as President, while other documents have been collected over the years to form the collection. World War I Collection
Writing Program at Elon Collection
This collection is comprised of documents pertaining to the beginning of and upkeep of Elon's Center for Writing Excellence. The collection spans from the Writing Center's beginning in 1988 to the modern day. Included in this collection are events surrounding the Center for Writing Excellence, various awards it has won, general correspondence, and newspaper clippings about the center.
WSOE Elon Radio Station
Housed in this collection are papers regarding the beginnings of and continuation of the WSOE Radio Station at Elon University. This collection begins with the creation of the first radio tower on Elon College's campus in 1921 and continues through the present. The station as we know it today, WSOE, began in 1977 though there was a radio tower on the campus prior to WSOE's beginnings.
