Abstract

This collection includes materials related to the Elon Homes and Schools for Children, formerly known as the Christian Orphanage. The collection is arranged chronologically and then alphabetically by type of material. Abstract The collection includes postcards that depict Elon's campus, alumni, class pictures, and much more. The bulk of this collection features historic buildings and/or areas of Elon's campus and surrounding areas that have changed dramatically over time. Abstract

The Elon University Scrapbook Collection consists of various scrapbooks compiled by Elon alumni, graduating classes, organizations, and events. The majority of the scrapbooks are from the early to mid-1900’s with several dated post-1970. The majority of the scrapbooks are from individuals who recount their experiences through writing and pictures.

Abstract This collection outlines the accomplishments, awards, and certificates that Dr. Wally Snyder has received over the years for his service and dedication to Elon University and underprivileged children in the state of North Carolina.
