Board of Trustees Collection
This collection includes documents and materials relating to the Elon University Board of Trustees. The types of materials included (but not limited to) are meeting minutes, agendas, committee work, correspondences, reports, financial documents, and charter/by-laws. According to the 2011-2012 Faculty Handbook, "Elon University is governed by a self-perpetuating Board of Trustees consisting of 41 persons: 36 regular trustees, 2 youth trustees, and 3 ex-officio trustees."

This collection contains materials related to the graduating classes of Elon University from 1891 to the present. The materials contain information on class reunions, homecomings, graduations, and other events. The materials include (but are not limited to) correspondence, invitations, programs, general information, rosters, flyers, brochures, press releases, newspaper clippings, and other documents regarding each class. The collection is arranged chronologically by class year.
Convocation Collection
This collection includes documents relating to the Convocation ceremonies held at Elon University, beginning in 1962 and continuing to present day. The collection is arranged chronologically by the date of the convocation.
Dewey Hooper Collection
This collection is arranged alphabetically by type of material, and then into seven series. Where applicable, within each series the materials are arranged chronologically. The seven series are: Artifact; Books; Correspondence; Lists; Literary Productions; Photographs; Printed Material. Most of the materials in this collection pertain to Dewey Hooper as a student at Elon College during 1939 and 1940 and as a member of the US Army Air Forces Reserve during the early stages of WWII.
