Elon University Scrapbook Collection
The Elon University Scrapbook Collection consists of various scrapbooks compiled by Elon alumni, graduating classes, organizations, and events. The majority of the scrapbooks are from the early to mid-1900’s with several dated post-1970. The majority of the scrapbooks are from individuals who recount their experiences through writing and pictures.
Elon University Video collection
This collection consists of moving images/video created primarily by Elon University organization, partners, and affiliates. The materials document social, cultural, and academic events, activities, people, and traditions of Elon University. Formats include, but are not limited to; VHS, DVDs, reel to reel, U-matic, mini DV’s, DVCAM’s, external hard drives, and born-digital content.
Emmett Leonidas Moffitt Collection
This collection includes materials relating to Emmett Leonidas Moffitt, President of Elon College from 1905 to 1911. These are the only known "Presidential Files" we have from Dr. Moffitt's administration. Some of the materials relate directly to his time as President, while other documents have been collected over the years to form the collection. Faculty Women's Club Collection
This collection contains materials regarding the Faculty Women's Club at Elon College. It contains materials dating between 1947 and 1991. The collection includes types of materials such as invitations, constitutions and by-laws, correspondences, newspaper clippings, and programs. The collection is arranged chronologically and then alphabetically by type of material. Specification is given to materials where necessary.

This collection includes documents relating to Founders Day celebrations and events at Elon University. The first Founders Day celebration took place on September 14, 1939 and has continued sporadically throughout Elon's history. The collection is arranged chronologically and then alphabetically by type of material. This collection contains materials related to the honorary degrees awarded by Elon University dating from 1891- present. This collection includes materials such as correspondences, press releases, awards, and member lists, among other printed materials. The collection is arranged chronologically and then alphabetically by type of material. Specification to type of material is given where necessary.
Institutional Priorities Collection
This collection includes the institutional priorities of Elon College/Elon University from 1974 to present day. The collection is arranged chronologically.

LGBTQIA at Elon collection
This collection houses LGBTQIA paper records from Elon University. This collection begins in 1998 and continues through the present day. It highlights the start of the Gender and LGBTQIA Center on the campus.

Office of University Communications Collection
This collection is comprised of a complete set of proofs and publications produced by the Office of University Communications between 1962 and 2011, with the bulk of publications produced between the 1990s and the early 2000s. The original order of the collection has been maintained. The collection is arranged alphabetically by the names of offices, organizations, or events for whom publications were produced and then chronologically within each office, organization, or event.

Planning Conference and Planning Week Collection
Presidential Records Collection
This collection is a compilation of papers from each of Elon's presidents, from President Smith to President Lambert. It includes papers that are relevant to the time in which each person held the presidency and the events around the college and the world. Many of them include correspondence from various people connected to the town of Elon or the college itself, and the business they conducted. The collection only includes a rough inventory of the collection.
Reid Maynard Family Collection
This collection consists of photographs and documents related to the family of Reid Maynard (1896-1983), longtime Elon College trustee and benefactor. There are five ferrotype photographs of Maynard’s grandparents and father Walter Andrew Maynard, most likely from the 1860s. There are also three letters, two dated 1892 to Olivia Atwater, Reid Maynard’s mother, as well as a letter dated 1944 addressed to Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Maynard, then living in the Town of Elon College.
